Introduction



This is something I've been thinking about doing for a while. Beginning tomorrow, Sept. 1, I'm going to try to walk 10,000 steps a day for a month. Added up, that's roughly 310,000 steps, or according to some conversion app on Google, roughly 147 miles. So I rounded back to 145 miles because I'm not sure how my FitBit converts steps to miles. So I'm going to blog daily about this and it won't be without its challenges. Around my work schedule, vacations and various appointments I have this month, I will have to find time each day to walk that amount of steps. Hopefully this will all work out!
